Capoeira Passion is a Miami-based community of passionate capoeira practitioners. We offer instruction for adults, teens, and kids in two convenient Miami locations.

Capoeira Passion is an exciting and passionate culturally-based Brazilian martial arts and culture center. Our classes are taught by experienced teachers who specialize in the art of Capoeira, a combination of combat, rhythm, dance and acrobatic movements.

Our goal is to help people of all backgrounds to improve their physical and mental health, as well as to learn self-defense skills. Through our fun and immersive classes, students will also learn about Brazilian culture, music, and history. Come to our studio to not only engage in a physical activity but to be part of a global community.

What is Capoeira?

Capoeira Is a unique Martial art originating in Brazil.

It combines combat, dance, acrobatic movements, and rhythm.

An African seed planted on Brazilian soil, Capoeira originated as a cry for liberation and a longing for freedom.

Today it is practiced as a game that promotes self-expression and teaches improvisation.

Capoeira is movement and connection.

My name is Timor

Mestre Cueca, also known as Timor Klinghofer, is a world-renowned Capoeira teacher and pioneer who has been traveling the world for over 25 years, teaching and playing Capoeira.

He is credited with introducing Capoeira to Israel, India, and Russia, and has founded numerous Capoeira centers and organizations around the world.

Mestre Cueca's latest project is "Capoeira Passion," launched in Miami in 2022, which aims to help 1 million people live a better life through the culture, community, and movement of Capoeira.

He has a unique methodology for teaching children and Adults which he has developed over the years, and has received multiple diplomas, including Wingate Instructors Course, Wingate Teachers Course, and Wingate Senior Teachers Course.

Mestre Cueca has been featured in television shows, programs, and advertisements, and has received letters of recommendation from Capoeira communities and educational institutions around the world.
